Accompanying adult registration is strictly linked to a registered student delegate or observer at the Summit.
Please enter the student's unique Reference Number (e.g. WCS-FEMD4R) from their official registration confirmation slip to verify and unlock this application.

The accompanying adult application is locked until a valid Student Application Reference Number is entered and verified above. Once verified, the student's name, grade, and school will appear, and this form will automatically open.

Valid Passport Held: Excellent. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond 19 January 2027. Full passport details and document copy verification will be requested closer to the Summit date for UN accreditation passes and travel logistics.

Passport Required for International Travel: An international passport is mandatory to travel to Bangkok, Thailand and enter the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC). Please apply for your passport promptly. You will be requested to submit your passport details prior to summit travel.

Passport Application In Progress: Your pending application status has been noted. Please ensure you obtain your passport in time for visa arrangements and UN accreditation. Our secretariat team will request your passport details once issued.

Important Accompanying Adult Policies & Accreditation

Supervision Ratio: International delegations are advised to adhere to their national and institutional student-to-chaperone supervision ratios.
Child Safeguarding: All accompanying adults must comply fully with the UNCC venue protocols and the SDC Summit Child Safeguarding Code of Conduct.
Administrative Review: Submission of this form registers your application. Official chaperone badges and venue security passes will be confirmed by SDC prior to the summit date.
